GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing my services, you (the Client) automatically agree to all the following conditions.
- Work provided will only be in digital form (png/jpg file).
- I maintain all rights to my work as the artist, i.e., I reserve the right to post your finished work in my gallery for any reason.
- You must credit me as the artist if displaying the commission on external sites (preferably my Instagram) and you cannot remove the watermark from the commission.
- This is a two-way commitment, so no refunds are allowed.
- I have every right to decline commissions for whatever reason.At the same time, if you are uncomfortable with my TOS or unwilling to agree, you may not request my services.
-Once you receive the completed work, I will not accept any requests to make changes.
- The commission will not be used for commercial purposes, NFTs or AI training. Personal use only.Further Terms:- I aim to finish the commissions within the same month (at least a 2-3 weeks turnaround). Although, it may take (at most) two months to finish depending on your slot number and my life schedule.
- Full payment is required before I begin the commission. You may request delayed payment until I am closer to your slot.
- Please wait until I agree to take up your commission before making full payment. I will communicate this via my business email.
- You can request WIP sketches (for half-bodies and full-bodies) but you are only allowed 2 free revisions. Any additional revisions will incur a 5% fee.
- You must provide image references as that is preferred over written references.
- Payment through PayPal or Ko-fi ONLY. I will not permit cheques or bank transfer payments.
